At The Scarpetta Group, growth is about more than expanding what we offer. Our growing team reflects our commitment to innovation and client success. In this post, we’re introducing two Scarpetta Group team members, Janella and Genesis, who help us serve our clients better every day.
Janella Conroy – Project Manager & Software Developer
Janella is a Project Manager and Software Developer with a strong background in FileMaker and a passion for creating efficient, reliable solutions. Her journey with FileMaker began in version 7, and she quickly discovered her enthusiasm for programming. Over the years she pursued computer science coursework, earning multiple degrees and certifications, including FileMaker certification, which remains one of her proudest milestones.
She first connected with The Scarpetta Group as a contractor and was immediately impressed by the team’s expertise and client focus. Working alongside an award-winning group of developers, she saw firsthand the dedication that goes into delivering value for every client. That experience solidified her desire to officially join the team and bring her skills to a broader range of projects.
Outside of work, Janella enjoys challenging herself with new ideas and learning opportunities that expand her technical abilities. She values being part of a supportive environment where collaboration and innovation thrive, and she is excited to continue growing with The Scarpetta Group while contributing to its mission of simplifying processes and helping businesses succeed.
Genesis – Administrative Assistant
Genesis is an Administrative Assistant with strong experience in supporting teams, managing projects, and coordinating day-to-day operations. With a background in marketing and client services, she brings organization, attention to detail, and clear communication to everything she does.
In her role, Genesis handles scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and makes sure processes run smoothly. Her ability to anticipate needs and create efficient systems has quickly made her an essential part of The Scarpetta Group team.
Outside of work, Genesis enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new ideas in digital marketing, and finding ways to stay organized in her personal life. She is passionate about supporting small businesses and contributing to projects that make an impact.
